Use of the service
SepticLedger is a field and office operations platform for septic maintenance, reporting, compliance tracking, contracts, invoicing, and related workflows. You may use it only for lawful business operations and only with authority to manage the customer and property records you enter.
Accuracy of records
You are responsible for the accuracy of customer details, property information, permit numbers, agency contacts, report contents, invoices, contracts, and submission actions. SepticLedger helps organize and deliver records, but it does not guarantee that a filing is complete, accepted, or compliant with every jurisdictional requirement.
Compliance and submissions
SepticLedger supports compliance workflows and can help you send documents by email, but your business remains responsible for confirming reporting rules, filing deadlines, destination email addresses, and whether a submission must be made manually or through a portal.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access to SepticLedger is subscription-based. Billing status may affect access to operational areas of the app. Subscription checkout and recurring billing are handled through the current payment provider workflow. If billing lapses, access may be limited according to the plan and account status configured in the app.
Document delivery
When you choose to send a report, contract, or invoice, SepticLedger sends the document using the recipient details stored in your records. You are responsible for confirming that those addresses are correct before sending.
Limitation of liability
SepticLedger is provided to support business operations. To the extent permitted by law, SepticLedger is not liable for lost revenue, missed filings, rejected submissions, customer disputes, or indirect damages arising from inaccurate records, user error, third-party service outages, or regulatory changes.
